Creative Labs does not have a Vista driver for SoundBlaster Live Value audio cards. However, it is still possible to get audio working w/ this card.

Download the XP driver installer here from Creative: http://support.creative.com/downloads/?h=7

Run the exe file. The files get unpacked so immediately navigate to C:/Users/YOUR-USERNAME/AppDate/Temp and copy the XP drivers dir to the Desktop. The installer will fail and tell you that you don't have a Sound Blaster card. Close out the installer and run this ese from the copied dir on the Desktop: CTZPXX.EXE. This will install and register the drivers and sound will now work.

Note, the sound is limited as you won't have the full Creative software suite of audio apps and no digital output, but you will have standard audio suitable for listening to music and other multimedia, as well as system sounds.
