Sorting on TWO headings

    I use Outlook Express 6

    I want to sort my incoming messages by subject AND date. This would allow me to read the related messages in the date sent and make more sense of the thread.

    I don't think that is possible in OE - may be in Outlook, but I have not had cause to use that.

    Unfortunately the Folders in OE do not act like a spreadsheet in which that is possible.

    If you click on the Subjects heading to sort by Subject, it also "appears" to sort by Date within Subject.

    As you've seen, OE on has one sort option.

    OutLook on the other hand will sort with FOUR options. See the attached:
