I have a 22" Soniq LCD television which has various inputs including PC. This worked perfectly under Windows XP and Windows Vista. Under Windows 7, however, it won't display full screen. It shifts the screen both horizontally (lost about 2" on left, displays black, right side lost same 2 ") and vertically (lost about 1/4 - 1/2" at bottom). I've updated my Nvidia GeForce 8400 driver. There are no drivers I can find specifically for Soniq. The resolution defaults to 1680 x 1050 and it's recognised as "Generic PnP ".

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer for drivers/problem resolution.
On my Sharp TV I have some similar issues - but those are resolved by using the HDMI inputs (and adjusting some of the screen controls through the on-screen menu).
