Sonic Update Manager

    I keep getting a message on start up with sonic update manager, insert cd to update. As far as I know I do not have it on CD. Is this a windows program and what is it???

    Sonic is not a Windows program - it is CD burning software often installed by the computer supplier.

    Look for Sonic in your programs list and look for the option to disable automatic updates.
