I have a problem with my start menu. When I open the programs link my programs are displayed but some are out of sight on the bottom of the screen. Is there any way to adjust this issue so they are all visible?

    Merry Christmas to all.

Select Settings in your Start Menu, and then select Taskbar & Start Menu.
Choose the Start Menu tab, choose Classic Start Menu, and click Customize.
Turn off the Scroll the Programs menu option, and click Ok when you're done.

There isn't a settings tab or button in start menu. It can be accessed thru the properties menu on start button. The scroll is off in both menu styles.

Arie. I'm sorry. I clicked the rating button on the wrong post. Yours was helpful. Enabling scroll instead of turning it off does make all programs accessable to view. Thanks.

OK you'll need to organise your start menu (I suggest you start here), start removing programs you don't need/use or increase your screen resolution.

EDIT: kiaville, I don't think Arie would be the slightest bit bothered about negative reputation, and for what it's worth I'm not too bothered either (I understand my instructions weren't clear) ;)
