Some attachments come through

    My friend uses Outlook Express and says he can open attachments OK from everyone but one person. Everyone who is copied in from this particular person can open the attacments he sends but they just don't come through for my friend. If he has his security settings to allow attachments and can open them from everyone else, why can't he open this persons? :confused:
