Software program to check RAM type and speed

    Is there a software program available (preferably free/inexpensive) that will check my RAM and tell me what I have installed? I am suspecting that one of the chips installed in my system is the wrong speed for the motherboard but I do not know how to check it on a PC; on a Mac I have the Apple System Profiler that provides hardware info. Does any equivalent exist on Windows XP?
