software help [file protection/passwording in Win 98]

i want know if there is any software or tip to hide or disable, i mean can't copy paste or can't delete folder, k i want use mp3 folder in my computer and want to save songs but i want to hide or lock mean no body can acess or copy paste i use folder or other lock softwares but when i lock the mp3 folders the songs is not palying so can anybody help can play songs but lock or protect that folder then no body can acess using windows 98
any software recomanded or audio player ..
