Has disappeared from Accesssories. Not intentionally deleted. What could cause this? Reccomendations for a replacement appreciated.

You don’t need to replace it, it’s the shortcut that’s missing. Go to \Windows\System32, right-click SnippingTool.exe and choose create a Desktop shortcut or Pin to Start Menu or put it in Accessories.

If it doesn’t work, check that the service has been started, click the Windows Orb (Start) > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Services. Scroll down to Tablet PC Input Service and make sure it is either Automatic or Manual, then Start it running.

Your second suggestion fixed it. Thanks.
