smartFTP

    Hi
    I have been using smartFTP for ages and it has always worked fine. I seem to be having an unusual problem.
    I can ftp several sites that I use for my webpages but there is one that only works intermittently and that is the one I have been using daily. It is my cable isp site, I have talked to their help people and they can always access my site but I can't. (sometimes I can)

    I can only get online with my browser from time to time and it is quite unnerving.

    My email seems to work all the time

    Have you any suggestions

    FTP uses the same internet connection as your browser, just different protocols. There is some problem with your connection. Complain to the isp and insiste they send someone to repair it, or at least get a credit for the poor service.
