Windows Vista Slow when view basketball game

    My computer: Compaq presario SR5410F.
    Basically: 4G memory(RAM), Vista. 320G hard drive.
    Internet access: wire

    When I watch real time basketball game, sometimes it has 1 second delay(freezing on the screen).
    But it is okay in my laptop(Windows 7).
    Attached file is the information of computer.

    Thanks for advice.
    Should I buy a video card or update the OS to windows 8?

    It is still slow, not sure why.

    What else is running in the background at the same time you are watching a game? Shut down anything you are not using.
