My PC has slowed down a lot.. Only thing I have running is my Virus and firewall detection.. My Viruses Detection said I had a Virus Known as Qhost.D.. Said to Run a Scan, I did and nothing Showed up in the full Scan.. I ran SWSredder and it Came up with CWS.Bootconf and got ride of that.. It was shortly After that My PC started slowing down and noticed no Volume on the Modem.. I ran SpyBot S@D and Ad-Aware SE and both came up Clean.. I ran a System Restore back to Friday and The Sound from both Modems is back But My Internet is real slow.. and pages are loading real slow.. I checked with the Phone Conpany and the guy came down and tested both our phone lines said Up Load and Down load speeds were above normal for this area. I contacted Our Isp every thing up and running.. I am on a 56 K dial up and it conects most of the time at 52.0 KBps I am inclosing a HiJackthis log..

See nothing out of the ordinary there, but you are using an old version of HijackThis. Please get an update, do an online virus scan with RAV, then post a new HJT log along with RAV results.

Assume you have cleared temp files, temporary internet files, and run disk cleanup?

Do you have a hosts file in place ?

qhosts's modify the hosts file, Cwshredder will target some entries
Search the pc for hosts, without a file extension
    tell us what you find
