Slow Open Save Dialogs

    Just a while ago my Open and Save dialogs started to slow down my whole system dramatically... I would be listening to music on Winamp2.9 and then I'd goto save a document and the music would stop, and the whole system would freeze up for about 10 seconds... Before this started happening I had no problems with slowness at all! What gives?

    Since no luck here for a few days, moving this to the applications section and bumping it to the top. Maybe answers there.
