[Inactive]Slow computer...I think it is bogged down with viruses

This computer is running extremely slow. It has McAfee Anti-virus, however, I do not think it is working. There are a lot of processes that are running and it will sometimes lock me out of applications. I have posted a Hi-Jack This log below. Please help. Thank you!!

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop

Additional Link

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.
* You can also access the log by doing the following:

o Click on the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware icon to launch the program.
o Click on the Logs tab.
o Click on the log at the bottom of those listed to highlight it.
o Click Open.
