Sleep Mode SP1

    Since installing SP1 I have a problem that when I return from sleep mode the computer is very slow, like 5 mins to open explorer window a quick restart and all is fine, never had this error before SP1.

    Everthing else is fine, not really a big issue but I thought patches were susposed to fix not break systems?

    Anybody any ideas?

    hmm. i had a previous post describing a similar problem. the computer would start up after a standby or hibernate missing the primary slave hard drive... i remember one post said "or just dont use standby ". the problem was never resolved :(
