SIS 630/730 Chipset??

Hi all,

I have a custormer that bought the game "Medal of Honor ", and he has an on-board SIS 630/730 AGP chipset with shared memory. My question is this, I need to know if this AGP card supports multi-texturing? I have SEARCH and SEARCH about this chipset and have found nothing about the support. When he starts the game it shuts down and gives the error "MEDAL OF HONOR REQUIRES A VIDEO CARD WITH MULTI-TEXTURING COMPATABILITY ". It does this even when running in safe mode. The tech support site for this game has been no help and I emailed them over a week ago with no response. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the Sis web site? Here is their products page: http://www.sis.com/products/index.htm#integrated I'd search further, but I don't know your exact chipset. You may have to contact Sis about the problem you are having.

From the information I have on hand it shows that this chipset is AGP2X.
In my system the Texturing feature is shown on AGP4X, therefore, it appears, maybe, your AGP2X doesn't support this feature due to being a little more Processor-intensive.
