How do I create automatic signatures or signature files for my emails?

    Hi rg88,

Open Notepad, create a signature line(s). Save the file to the folder of your choice.

    In Netscape:
    Edit | Mail & Newsgroups Accounts |
    Highlight your Mail Account
    Enable: Attach this signature
Then select the path to the folder in which you saved the signature file.

Let us know if you have questions.

Thanks. I set up the file, and the signature works, but now another questions comes up. When I reply to messages the signature appears at the end of the whole thead, i.e. after the message text I am replying to. How can I make it work so that it is immediately after my reply text?

    Hi rg88,

The Signature should be at the bottom, as you would sign a regular hand
written letter, unless you have special circumstances. For that you can
paste a pre-copied "signature" wherever you want.

The main consideration is the signature delimeter DashDashSpace "-- ",
everything below that is ignored by most applications if there is reply material below.
