    Hey everyone,

I've got 2 problems with my signatures in Outlook 2003:

    1. I have all of the lines formatted with single-spacing, but when I send an email to a personal email account using webmail or whatever most of the lines show up doubles-spaced. I've tried everything I can think of at least 4 or 5 times.

    2. There's a hyperlink at the bottom of the signature. I format it regularly, with blue text. However, when I send an email it shows up purple.

    Any ideas?

Try Tools->Options->Mail Format tab-> "Compose in this message format" -> HTML

It's possible that the person receiving the mail has their settings set to convert it to Plain Text only...

Nope. I tried sending this to both of my personal email accounts (earthlink & gmail). Both are set up to receive html and both displayed it in html with the problems I mentioned.

However, I think I've solved the spacing problem by replacing the hard returns with "shift+enter ". I still have the improperly colored hyperlink, though.
