When I try to shut down my computer it will restart without shutting down, like you were trying to restart it. when it restarts a blue screen with white lettering appearers then instantly disappears I cant read whats on it then it goes through the normal startup.

Is there any one who can help?

Bimmisr - Welcome to the Board :)

First off while the computer is booted up right click My Computer > Properties > Startup and Recovery > Settings and under System Failure uncheck 'Automatically restart'. The computer should then stop at the blue screen and you will be able to post details of the error message.

In addition if you right click My Computer > Manage > Event Viewer > System & Application you will see error messages flagged with a red symbol or a yellow ! mark. The red ones are critical - double click on a message to open and on the icon below the up/down arrows to copy to clipboard and paste in a post here if relevant.
