shutdown problems

    when i click start then shutdown, my computer goes into a restart instead. i tried disabling fast shutdown. then tried it again. this took me first to the windows is shutting down screen, then went into restart. after enabling fast shutdown and trying it again, it goes directly to restart.

    ok. got the problem takin care of. deleted my virus protection program (panda) and everything works correctly now. now i have to figure out how to run that without causing the same problem.
