Shutdown Problem with Norton GoBack

    I have been using Windows XP Home Edition along with Norton SystemWorks Professional 2004, including Norton GoBack. With this combination, however, Windows will not shut down normally; it stops at the screen with the message stating that Windows is shutting down. When I uninstall GoBack, everything works again. Any ideas?

    In my opinion I would leave GoBack uninstalled because Norton products sometimes cause problems.
