shut down error

    can anyone help whenever i shut down my computer i get the following error messages .what can i do to stop them?
    explorer.exe and connection tray are still running click end now to stop

    Has this message always appeared or is it a new problem? If the latter, did you make any (hardware/software) changes to your system immediately prior to the onset? Have you run a virus scan recently?
