downloaded ccleaner and when I ran it so many items came up I did not know which ones to delete. What are the danger of this program? I just closed the program and not do anything.

When you run CCcleaner - you can uncheck items you do not want cleaned.
You need to take your time and make sure you select what you want it to do.
It will clean the Registry as it is a default action unless you uncheck it. It will do a backup before it starts a clean if you program it right. Neil.
