Recently had to refresh my win 8.1 computer. When I run advanced scan in shortcuts fixer I get about 32 items and when I try to fix them I get error for each one. Does that mean that maybe the links are no longer there, etc. Wonder if it is safe to delete them? Some say I need administrative permission to get rid of them.. Has anyone here had any experience using Shortcuts fixer in Glary Utilities. What are your views. Thanks.

I would not use a Registry cleaner and it's possible it does not comply with MS W8.1 latest Security updates.
Personally I have no experience with Glary Utilities for the stated reason.
These so-called utilities are not necessary in the MS Windows OS's from 7 on.
