How is it actually to share a internet connection in a LAN? I'd tried to setup a new connection in Network Connection and do follow the instruction as stated but this doesn't seem to work. I need to make such a connection because a few computer is connected to a network using switch but in order to connect to the internet, a password is needed to connect to that network that provide accessing onto the internet. So, any suggestion for the connection so all the computer connected to the switch can access to the internet with just one computer connect to that network using a password?

I assume from your post that you have at a connection of some sort to the internet.

You will need a router. Either a real, physical device (often combined with a switch these days) or some sort of program like ICS which will cause one of your PCs to act as a router for internet access.

I'd find out that my switch didn't have a router built in. Can guide me to set up the software router? Is it the ICS that comes with XP? How to setup that? Pls guide. Thanks.
