    Sorry if this is in the wrong post, I wasn't sure.

    I want to take a Windows 2003 file server and make it available via the web. I need users to authenticate with Windows 2003 active directory to access their files.

    Should sharepoint be what I am needing?

    IIS would be more likely... You are able to set up authentication for AD there also..
