Shaking internet up and down violently

A couple days ago my internet pages started shaking up and down, some times quite violently. Today I noticed that if I put the cursor in the tool bar area the shaking stops but if I move it to the content area the shaking starts immediately. If I keep the cursor in the tool bar area I can use the up/down buttons without trouble but again if I try to use the cursor to move the page it starts to shake violently. i m using Kasper Antivirus. Tell me what to do? I had used Gmer n try it. i had keep the record of scaning in gmer.log file. but after that i dont know what to do to solve this problem. plz help me. and now even when i m open any other document on compurt then it's also started shaking uo and down violently.

 

Could be a monitor problem, do you have a CRT (tube) monitor?
