SFC Question

    A question about SFC: When I run SFC /Scannow and download is complete it reverts to where I was,i.e. the desktop.

    Nothing happens it does not show a report. Does this mean that my file is fixed or should some comment be made.

    SFC is not MS' favorite tool. It is really a last resort.

    And, no, it doesn't produce a report. It just checks the files, replaces them if needed, and exits. Nothing dramatic.

    Hello fanalal,

    If you want to see what was replaced, right click My Computer > manage, expand event viewer > system.
