    Issue #1:
when browsing w/IE 6, clicking on a link that opens a new window, the window opens but there is no text - the window is blank. It does this with pop-up ad windows (which I don't want) as well as redirects from the site I am viewing (which I do want).

    Issue #2:
Outlook Express will no longer open an IE window when I click on a link.......... it "tries" to, but nothing happens.

    Issue #3:
When shutting down, I get the XP Professional screen, a message that tells me it's now safe to turn off my computer, but then it doesn't turn the computer off. How do I change this?
