[Setup doesn't detect hard drive]

    The hard drive i have has been cleaned and when i try to install XP. it says setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer. Please help i have three identical computers all with the same issues

    Are your HD's SATA?

    If so you may need a driver disk, post model numbers if you don't have the disk and we'll try to help.

    Yes, I believe they are i have the model numbers right hear,HP Compaq nc6400, and also HP Compaq 6910p ,The Driver CD would be greatly appreciated on both of these models. I have been going a little Crazy with issues especially not having the manufacturers CD on either one thanks. Steve
