How do I make it so that I can set what programs are accessible by other user accounts? (I'm on an administrator account.) I have a feeling the answer is real obvious, but I don't know it...

Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View - uncheck Use simple file sharing

Windows > Program Files > Program folder for program you want to change users > locate the .exe file > right click > Properties > Security tab and set up/change users there.

In the View thing, there is no checkbox for "Use simple file sharing "

In the Program files, I'm not exactly sure which one is the .exe file, but I tried them all and none have a Security tab.

Where do I go to download it? I followed the link, then it brought me to another link which I clicked, and that led me to even more links...
