setting default browser for IE 4

    I have an old computer that is running IE 4, and Netscape. Apparently Netscape is the default browser. How can I set IE 4 to be the default browser.

    Go to Tools > Internet Options and select the Programs tab. Make sure that Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser is checked.
