Setting browsing history

    I, always, thought that to set the Browsing History to 0 was a no-no, causing problems with the back/forward buttons. No problem at all.
    Everything was accessible at this website only from Go, on the top toolbar. I never even knew what that Go was for, different from the Go which be placed next to the URL toolbar.
    I have WinXP.

    I believe that "history" (history.dat file) also holds reference data for "visited links" - color changes when link visited..... set history to "0" and no color change.....

    Maybe other data is stored there also.
    But that is just my observation.
