we have windows 2000 server with all SP's , we have installed terminal services for 5 users to access an account program called Mas90 all works fine but same times the program believe that a (session had already been started from this machine ) when one of the remote computer connect to the server with terminal services ,then the only way to fix it is by restarting the server , now is there any good way to closed a session , may be we are closing terminal service fro the client side improperly , now how do we do it,, well we close by clicking the X on the corner ...

Any ideas where I can start

    Thanks for any help here

Yup. Don't click the X to exit. Usually a user logging off at the end of a session will do the deed.

However, since some users will persist in getting out wrong, try opening Terminal Services Manager on any server that has it. You can see all TermServ servers in the list and can close any inactive connections from there.
