Descriptions of services in the left side of window, when I run services.msc are missing.
For example, when I point to Alerter on the left side of the same window appears:

Notifies selected users and computers of administrative alerts. If the service is stopped…..

    Now, all descriptions are gone.

    Any ideas?

Also I noticed not working service, the name of this service is pcowsintnde.
There are no options to start/stop or disable this service.
When I attempt to run this service I got error:

Configuration manager: A required entry in the registry is missing or an attempt to write to the registry failed.

For your missing descriptions, in the lower left corner of the services window there should be two tabs. Click on extended.

Maybe also go to view and select detail since it sounds like you have list view now.

You can always right-click on a service and select properties to see details and to change the startup behavior if you want.

pcowsintnde - not familiar with this one. Try checking properties and see exactly what it's trying to run.
