Service Pack 3 [802.1x client]

I just formated my laptop, and when I update windows, it wants me to update to SP-3. I do, but after I do, I cannot connect to the internet.

This is because at the place I rent, it is required to have the 802.1x client to connect to be validated, to connect to the internet. SP-3 does not include this include this client.

I have been trying to find the 802.1x to download seperatly, but haven't been successfull in locating it for Win XP.

Was wondering if anyone has idea's on what I can do?
