I am trying to set up our Remote Access Service for our Server. I am trying to start the Remote Access Connection Manager and the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and I am getting an error when trying to start these services. For the first service I am getting Error 126: The specified module could not be found. For the latter service, I am getting error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

I have found a posting on this message board from years ago that deals with the problem in Windows XP and I have followed all of those steps and none seemed to work. I have also googled the problem and tried many other things. I have come to a wall and have turned to you all. Any other solutions? Thanks.

    Hi MPIT,

What are you going to do? To allow distant PC to admin your server? If YES, what OS you are running on the distant PC?

Sorry, I did not change this to closed. The problem that I was having was due to the installation of Symantec Antivirus on the Server. Changes were made in the registry and I found the solution on Symantec's website. Everything is working fine now. Thank you.
