when i was settin up my server, i came across some kinda wizard that set the whole thing up for me, all the roles. then i could edit them if need be.

now i cant find that option anywhere and im not quite experianced enough 2 do it all manually,

    does anyone know this wizard??

i know there is one which u can setup each role one by one, but this thing did it all itsself. setup the server and roles.. any ideas?

    cheers

    Probably not.

But if it's a new install and you are just trying to get a feel for things, why not give a go at doing the changes manually. Takes longer but should get you lots more familiar with the OS.

This might be a good time to invest in a copy of GoBack though. Then if you goof something, reboot and have it revert to a time before you made the change.

GoBack does the entire system. Soup to nuts. Exact copy of what was there.

System Restore does system files and a few other odds and ends but wa never meant to roll back the entire contents.

Symantec (Norton) bought GoBack. Not sure about the other Roxio other products.
