Sent Folder

    Have Windows XP, running Netscape7-
    A copy of my sent emails wont go into my sent folder. Went into Mail and Newsgroups and saw that they weren't checked, did so and clicked out but when I went back in, they weren't checked again, seems like it won't stay checked when you exit.
    Thanks in advance for any help.........

    Do you close Netscape after you enable the "Place copy in" setting? If not, enable the setting, close Netscape, then restart. You may have to do this more than once. Also, compact your Sent Folder.

    If you have already done so, then take a look at this Netscape Solutions page and see if any of the workarounds help: Sent Messages Not Saved. Let us know if you are successful.

    This is one of the many Netscape bugs, and you might want to consider moving to Firefox and Thunderbird, or to SeaMonkey.
