Hello, I'm new to this, so I hope I make my problem clear.
I'm getting the error message in Outlook Express 6, (One or more pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included. Are you sure you want to send this message?)
And therefore when there is a picture in the message, I'm only sending out little red X's.

Not use how your sending/attaching/pasting the pictures but try clicking on INSERT->Picture and "browse" to the picture you want to send.

    Thanks Steve

Thanks for trying to help me.
My problem is in forwarding email in O.E., if there are pictures in the email, I always get the same error message, that the pictures cannot be found. And I can only send out the dreaded little red X's. I can send attachments and pictures from "My Pictures ". I'm wondering if (Registry Cleaner) has messed up a file. So, I'm checking on how to restore a point in that. Wish me luck.:)

In OE6 on the menu bar click on Tools>Options>Send tab then click on the "HTML Settings" button under "Mail Sending Format" and make sure the "Send pictures with messages" box is checked.

Hopefully that will cure your problem.

    Thanks John

Thanks John, but that is checked. I've double checked everything I can think of or find on the web to help me. But, I'm still getting the same error message. I appreciate your help.:)

. This suggests a problem at the sender of the original email's end.

    Thanks Pete

I understand your thinking and I have received emails where this was the case. But, this time I get this error code on any emails with pictures I try to forward. I even went into my O.E. folders for some emails I had kept, that had pictures and tried to send them again. I know I sent them before with no problem, but now all I'm sending is little red X's.
I'm at my wits end on this one!
    Thanks again.

    I have tried...........

I had looked at that page earlier, thanks. I have tried compacting the folders in O.E. again, while working offline. I have tried re-registering the dll files. I have shut down my computer and restarted it. All of my settings tell me that I should be able to send pictures, but I'm not. And I'm still getting that error message when I try.
I suppose it's some little thing, but it's sure bugging me!:(

Images are not blocked for me.........

I receive the images just fine, I just can't send them.
I tried lowering the security feature, but nothing changed, so I put it back.
I'm going to check Norton's settings.
Thanks so much for your time.
