My Internet Service Provider is SBC Yahoo. They have a spam detector that puts all the spam messages detected into a "bulk mail" inbox, separate from the inbox for non-spam messages. So when I access my mail on the Internet, no problem.

My problem comes when I download the messages into Outlook Express. So far, I cannot figure out how to download the spam messages into a separate Outlook Express inbox. So now both the spam messages and the normal messages transfer into the same Outlook Express inbox.

Any way to have the two different types of messages download into separate Outlook Express inboxes?

    Thanks.

Looking at SBC Yahoo's Website, I think I figured out a way to do this. SBC Yahoo lets me add the prefix "[Bulk]" to the subject line of all messages that get routed to my SBC Yahoo Bulk Mail inbox.

Then when I download messages to Outlook Express, I can set up a rule that looks for "[Bulk]" in the subject line, and routes those messages to a particular folder in Outlook Express.

Don't know yet if this works. Wouldn't you know it, now when I want some spam to come in, so I can test this theory, I don't get any!
