Send To folder not found

    just got a new HP with Windows 7 pro installed. When I tried to edit the Send To folder I could not find it in its normal place with in the App data folder. Even the App data folder was not there if did a run command for this - NO LUCK
    WHAT TO DO???:(
    Please help.
