    I send the same email all the time, is there anyway I can save a copy of it so i don't need to recreate from scratch everytime I want to send it?

    Save it to Word, WordPad, Notpad etc - copy and paste when needed.

    Or go to the Sent folder and copy and or click Reply All if you send it to the same person(s) each time. (requires a little clean up)

    You can't be serious right???
    If you are using outlook create the email then go to file save as and save it as a outlook template. This way you can keep it on your desktop or wherever and double click on it to open
