I am using Windows XP on an eMachine T2040 with a Sony monitor. I am unable to change the highlight color when I select a portion of text in any document. The selected text is always highlighted in blue, but I want it to be highlighted in yellow.

I have tried to use the Appearances & Themes category in the Control Panel, but can't find the appropriate place to make my color selection. Perhaps I am in the wrong place.

Can you tell me how to do this?
