I'm connected to a domain, which was necessary to access most of the resources within the company. Is there a way that I can restrict my computer that only my account will be able to log-in even when I'm connected to the domain without of course making configuration on the server only on my workstation.. thanks a lot.

You can do that fairly easily server side. Ask your system administrator to update your computer privileges in AD
