I can access internet explorer, but when I try to log in to any secure sites like my bank or even MSN, hotmail it always tells me there is an error on the address, I've spent 90 mins so far with NTL trying to solve this and the microsoft helpline wont even consider talking to me, HELP:(

Norton Antivirus will block access to secure sites if it is not configured properly.

I've got pc-cillin and that has been on the system all the time, the address also have https already on them. This problem only started about a week ago, until then everything worked fine and to the best of my knowledge nothing has been tampered with.

How do I enable ActiveX Control in Internet Explorer?
From the browser menu, click Tools > Internet Options
    Click on the Security tab
Select the globe icon representing the Internet Zone
    Click Custom Level
Scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section
Under Download signed ActiveX contols select Prompt
Under Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins select Enable
Under Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting select Enable
Click OK to close the Security Settings window (If prompted to verify that you want to change the security settings for this zone click Yes)
Click OK to close the Internet Options window
