    Windows 10 / Yahoo / Seamonkey:
I first had the problem of not being able to download Emails. It would begin, show # to be downloaded and quit. This was a first. I receive Email through Yahoo; ATT>Yahoo>Seamonkey. (I have not used ATT as provider for many years.) A duplicate PC would download Emails. I looked at its Yahoo settings and found no alias. I changed Yahoo setting on the problem PC to NO alias, save. An ATT page came up. I clicked out of it and tried downloading Emails. IT WORKED, BUT THEY DOWNLOAD IN DUPLICATE...2 OF EACH.

    Any suggestions!

    Thank you!

Thanks for the link. My problem is: Yahoo shows 2 of each NEW Email...in sequence. They arrive, in order, in Seamonkey.

That didn't work. Still loads duplicates of NEW Emails. And, all of a sudden I'm back to square one... Emails won't load to Seamonkey. "Contacting host...," nothing happens. No settings changed to cause this. This is the original problem.

    Thanks_
    Carl

Thanks for your help! This IS a head scratcher! I'll use Yahoo...reluctantly, until I sort this out. I'll mark it solved.

    Spyware Dr.-
I let the PC grind away trying to load mail from Yahoo. After a long while a notice popped up about a problem. I tried it again and it worked...and continues to work. Still duplicates...but I'll deal with that later. GO SEAMONKEY!!!
