They have been released, with Seamonkey 2.4 based on Firefox 7.0.
Personally, I have serious Mail problems, also with Thunderbird 6.023.

    Hi Westside,

I'm still using SM 1.1.18. However, over the past couple of months I'm finding a few sites where I have to use IE.

I use the mail component with SM and am very happy with it. What problems are you having with SM Mail? I just saw SM 2.5 and I'm wondering if the mail problems have been worked out with it? I need to update my browser and I'd like a stable version for browsing and mail.

    jpChris,
I posted in September, and there have been a lot of changes. My signature is up-to-date. I can't remember what problems I had, but the versions of SM which I use now are perfectly fine. I have not opened my Seamonkey to see if 2.5 is the latest, but it was not yesterday. I, never, use IE, intentionally, only when some site opens it, even though Seamonkey is my default.

I, just, updated to Seamonkey 2.5, which is based on the new Firefox 8.0.1

I've just Updated to SeaMonkey 2.5 without any hassles and it seems to work smoothly. I don't use this much as I predominantly use Firefox which is at 9.0 Beta. Neil.

Thanks, guys. I've DL'ed 2.5 and I need to install it, but my setup is probably different from everyone's (so what else is new?)

I'll post my Q's on the morrow.
