    Dear all,

I have a Seagate Expansion portable driver.
I plugged it and my windows 7 ultimate recognized it.
I browsed it, click on "Seagate Setup" and nothing happens.

Usually, those setup are meant (I tried it in LG portable drives) to check the data on the PC and do a smart copy from PC to Portable drive.

    Please advise.

    Thank you

This is most likely a driver issue, please follow the instructions below so we can see what you have in your system. Please check if it is recognised in the Device Manager and look in Windows Explorer to see that it has a drive letter assigned to it. Please also state if this drive has been used before, or is it new, and state the full name and model number.
