Scrolling jerky...

    Problem: Only while on the internet, using IE, when the mouse pointer is used to scoll up or down the scrolling is jerky. Sometimes the mouse arrow will leave the scroll tab before the page jerks up or down. Now what's odd about this is while browsing drive contents or controll panel or anywhere else there's a scroll it scrolls smooth as silk.

    Anybody have any ideas?
